Putting Customers first pays off for Maryborough Service Centre Team
Our customers know they always come first, just have a look at our reviews and testimonials page. The entire staff of Maryborough Service Centre are therefore thrilled to announce that we have just been awarded the 2017 QLD Customer Service Award by the Repco Authorised Service network.
We would like to thank our valued customers for their support and recognition and also our amazing team for continuing to strive to deliver only the very best in customer service.
Recognition from ones' peers is one of the highest forms of praise and it certainly feels good to receive it. More importantly however, the staff at Maryborough Service Centre find this award additional confirmation their dedication to the highest levels of customer service is well worth the effort.
That this effort is recognised by the industry we work in as well as by the regular positve feedback we get from our customers only serves to increase our determination to continue to provide the best customer service in tandem with the best car service.

Maryborough Service Centre has been awarded the title of “Small Employer of the Year” in North Coast Region at the “Queensland Training Awards” on July 22, 2017. Maryborough Service Centre is committed to improving employee wellbeing, confidence and skills through training. Several administration and trade staff are currently enrolled in accredited training courses and all staff take part in regular onsite, online and after hours training opportunities. In addition to empowering individual staff members, training also helps the business deliver better quality automotive services to customers and creates positive customer relationships.
